Shipping Policy

Made-to-Order Process At NGL Collection, every item is custom printed specifically for you. We do not hold inventory in a warehouse. To eliminate waste and ensure the highest quality, our premium print partners fire up the machines the moment your order is placed. Please allow 2–5 business days for production (printing and quality checks) before your order is shipped.

Estimated Shipping Times Once your order leaves our production facility, estimated delivery times are:

• USA: 3–7 business days

• Canada (Locally Printed Items): 3–10 business days

• 🇨🇦 For our Canadian Family (Premium Items): To maintain the premium, heavyweight quality of our streetwear, some of our specialized garments are exclusively printed in our US facilities. Please allow 10–20 business days for these specific items to clear customs and arrive at your door.

• International: 10–30 business days

Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is handed over to the carrier. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Multiple Packages If you order different types of products (e.g., a Toddler Tee and a Heavyweight Hoodie), they may be printed by different specialist facilities to ensure the best quality. Because of this, they may arrive in separate packages at different times.

Customs & Duties For orders crossing international borders (including US-printed items shipping to Canada), you are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that your local government may apply upon delivery.
