SHIPPING & PRODUCTION

Do you ship to the United States and Canada? Yes! We proudly ship nationwide across both the USA and Canada.

How long will it take to receive my order? Every piece from NGL Collection is responsibly made-to-order. To eliminate waste and ensure the highest quality, our premium print partners fire up the machines the moment your order is placed.

• Production Time: 2 to 5 business days.

• Standard Shipping Time: Typically takes an additional 3 to 7 business days after production. (You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your gear ships out!)

• 🇨🇦 For our Canadian Family: To maintain the premium, heavyweight quality of our streetwear, some of our specialized garments are exclusively printed in our US facilities. Please allow 10 to 20 business days for these specific items to clear customs and arrive at your door.

Why does my tracking number say "Pre-Transit" or hasn't updated? Don't worry! This just means your shipping label has been created and your apparel is currently in the printing phase. Tracking will update as soon as the carrier physically picks up the package from our facility.

SIZING & RETURNS

How do your clothes fit? We use premium, heavyweight blanks (like Comfort Colors and Cotton Heritage) for that high-quality, structured streetwear feel. Our items generally run true to size for a standard fit.

• Style Tip: If you are looking for that modern, boxy, oversized streetwear aesthetic, we highly recommend sizing up 1 to 2 sizes! Please check the specific size chart linked on every product page before ordering.

What is your return/exchange policy? Because every single item is custom-made to order specifically for you, we are currently unable to process returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or buyer's remorse. Please double-check the sizing charts before completing your purchase! However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a misprint, please contact us immediately. We stand by our standard of love and will absolutely make it right.

THE BRAND

What does NGL stand for? NGL stands for "No Greater Love," inspired by John 15:13: "Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends." It is also named after my three beautiful kids, Nathan, Genesis & Laraen. We are a family-built, faith-based brand designing minimalist streetwear for the believer who wants to wear their faith authentically.
